Fabrication

Our 170,000 Sqft automated facility has been developed to ensure the steel fabrication process runs as efficiently and effectively as possible. The plant is equipped with Peddinghaus machinery, the most high tech machinery in the steel fabrication business.

All files that are generated from our design software are sent to all machines for cutting, drilling etc.

We have standard operating procedures on all machine cells to ensure that all steel being processed goes through rigorous quality checks to make sure accuracy is maintained at all times.

All Fabricators are trained to standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy of fabrication is maintained.

All welders have valid, current welder qualifications.

We have in-house welding inspectors, NDT inspectors and a dedicated responsible welding coordinator to maintain control on welding and welding related activities.
