Corrosive Protection

All painting takes place in our paint shop that is fully equipped with fume extraction and material handling systems.

We have a fully enclosed, temperature controlled paint shop. The following environmental checks are recorded on a daily/weekly basis: relative humidity, air temperature, surface temperature and paint thickness.

All steel is shot blasted to min. SA2.5 to ensure correct corrosive protection standards apply.

We at Wall steel also offer both on-site and off-site intumescent painting in our purpose built, temperature controlled spray shop.

Wall Steel will also galvanise to client specifications as required.
