Fabrication and erection of structural steel is the heart of Wall Steel’s business.  With 25 years experience we have been involved in some of the largest and most exciting Structural Steel projects throughout Ireland and Europe.

Our leading edge automated facility, lean processes, technical team and experience enable us to offer the following structural steel services:

• Design and detailing by our team of draftsmen using 3d Strucad and XSteel modeling systems.  All designs are downloaded to the relevant machinery to enable precise fabrication as per our client’s specifications.

• Steel fabrication including cutting, drilling, blasting, coping, profiling, cambering and welding.  The cutting and drilling is conducted using automated processes to ensure accuracy.  All steel is sourced from approved Steel Stockholders and is regularly audited and inspected.
• Shot blasting and priming

• Painting and galvanising in our dedicated spray shop with a full choice of finishes and painting options from approved suppliers.

• Onsite delivery, all completed steel is loaded directly onto our own fleet of trailers ready for transportation, delivery and erection.  We manage the transportation process to ensure deliveries are on time and cost effective.

• Steel erection by our in-house steel erection crews in an efficient, timely and safe manner.

• Floor decking & sheer studding is supplied and fitted.
